Meet Mrs Gifty Arthur AKA “Babs” who lives in the Beswick area of Manchester. I call her Madam Babs most times because of the huge amount of humour that comes along during the course of her lessons. Madam Babs got in touch with Uncle Joe after narrowing down her search over the net, initial inquiries were made and arranged an assessment drive during which we both agreed on the package that would suit madam Babs most. Time and space were going to be needed to work around commitments and family ties. A well spaced out lesson plan which would see bespoke training put in place for Madam Babs meant lessons were not rushed breaks needed to allow other commitment to be attended to and gentle nudges to return to driving lessons as at when required made the whole process of teaching Madam Babs quite an interesting experience. I enjoyed every sessions and a healthy rapport was built over time hence earned another nickname of “Adopted Sister” on the basis that it was going to be a matter of cash. On the 14/06/2013 at the West Didsbury Test Centre; Madam Babs made history by passing her driving test  First Time in an Automatic car. Wow, What an Instructor, What an experience, What a pass. Like so many others out there, I had driven with various instructors, done years of ‘start and stop’ driving, until I found Uncle Joe, the man.  An Instructor who is truly amazing, organised, punctual, friendly … ,  one who is able to encourage and build confidence. I recommend Uncle Joe, A Million times over, because if he has, been able to do it with me, then anyone can pass if they adhere to instructions, with the one and only true Instructor in Greater Manchester, Uncle Joe.
