Meet Shayan from Iran but lives in Dubai happens to be a student here at the university in Manchester. Shayan got in touch with Uncle Joe about driving lessons in the UK. Shayan had driven previously in an automatic car whilst abroad. We got off to a steady start, Shayan picked up the skills as required, confidence building was growing at a steady pace. Safety skills were being cultivated and becoming part of Shayan’s driving. We got the test booked up for the 14th December 2015 at the West Didsbury Driving Test Centre. Shayan made it by a whisker! Congratulations once again wish you a lifetime of safe driving. Here is what Shayan has to say about his learning experience with Uncle Joe:

So today I finally passed my practical driving test with Joe. Uncle Joe has been a true mentor to me, I haven’t known him long but when you’re sitting in a car for two hours per lesson you really start to understand the person beside you. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to pass without Joe, he saw my faults and guided me with diligence and patience (and he had to have a lot of patience too – sorry!!)

Uncle Joe started as my instructor, but I’m glad to say that -in the short space of time it took me to pass (another benefit of learning with him) – he has become my friend. I cannot reccommend him highly enough and I wish all the best to those that read this and decide to learn with Joe – you’re in for a treat!
